Glenn Viel, who has been in charge of the restaurant’s kitchens since 2015, offers two exceptional menus, including the famous «1987 – Vegetable Menu» created by Mr Charial, owner of Baumanière, on his return from a trip to India in 1987.
La Cabro d’Or, a Provençal gastronomic restaurant, is an invitation to pleasure and moments of conviviality. Chef Michel Hulin and his team interpret a solar and gastronomic cuisine, with notes of Provence. His dishes are accompanied by AOP olive oil from Baux-de-Provence and fruits and vegetables from local producers and the organic vegetable garden of the Domaine de Baumanière.
