This Monday, March 18, the Michelin Guide awarded a star to Chef Christophe Chiavola of Le Prieuré restaurant in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, the second Baumanière establishment just 5 minutes from Avignon, restoring the Prieuré Baumanière to its former glory.
A big bravo to the Chef and his teams in the kitchen and dining room, who work day in, day out to create exquisite, unforgettable experiences.
