The pastry chef of the Oustau de Baumanière***, Brandon Dehan, has created a Christmas dessert that invites you to return to the wonder of your childhood with a Christmas dessert that awakens the senses and the memories: a playful log, inspired by the wooden puzzles that brought our games of yesteryear to life. Each piece is a promise of sweetness and indulgence, a blend of creativity and shared pleasure.
A peanut crunch, a chocolate biscuit, a creamy chocolate, a peanut praline, and a caramel vanilla tonka bean mousse… Gourmet flavours to share with young and old alike.
