The wine list of L’Oustau de Baumanière, which owns one of the largest private cellars in France, was named the Best Wine List of France in 2005. The prestigious restaurant has collected the most prized labels of the wine world on the shelves of its cellars. Some of the precious bottles laid down are liquid jewels that would make any collector go pale with envy.
